
We made the 3-kilometre rounds to view the park's craters, waterfalls, terraces, caves, ink pots, and pools. The variety of colorful, noisy, steaming hot spots is stunning.





As a connoisseur of mud pots, I've learned the area's best are just outside Wai-O-Tapu in a large mud pool surrounded by a newly renovated walkway. One can NEVER see enough mud pots, and I mean it.
I love mud pots, too! They are so entertaining. :)
ReplyDeleteI hate to be redundant, but in this case I must: I love mud pots, too! Wai-O-Tapu was absolutely overflowing with cool sights!
