Great Dinner Before Hitting the Road


Before leaving Auckland, we sprung for a fabulous dinner at chef Peter Gordon's "Dine" - located in the Grand Hotel. We chose the 5-course tasting menu with New Zealand wine pairings - good idea! My favorite course - "Tempura Miso Quail" with Surveyor Thomson Pinot Noir Central Otago '06. Good thing Tom starts working again next week.
