Since March "went out like a lamb," it would be wrong to ignore New Zealand's other predominant hillside critter. New Zealand has 45 million sheep, and I'm pretty sure I've seen most of them. New Zealand is 2nd to Australia in producing the world's wool, which reminds me that I should do a little shopping before we leave. After sushi, my favorite food is lamb, and we are enjoying excellent lamb here. However, the lamb New Zealand exports to Costco is actually better.
It's all about the preparation.

Yes, Mom, your lamb is DELICIOUS! When you go shopping, you'll seriously have to consider which you'd rather have - lamb's wool or possum fur!
